SoHome Solar is looking for highly self-motivated individuals that are hungry to make money and ready to hustle with us to get it. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through generating new business deals. Your primary duties will be maintaining and closing your sales pipeline. We are looking to fill full-time positions for inside sales. Most available positions are in office. Limited remote positions are offered only for the right fit. *Combined monthly income ranges from $10,000 - $35,000 depending on salary or commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Close sales through various company-provided lead channels.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively present product features and benefits.
- Efficiently manage pipeline data to finalize deals and secure sales.
- Present at least 5 quotes each day.
- Close a minimum of 2 deals each week.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively close deals and overcome objections.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to explain complex products in a simple manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
