Solar Technician

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Solar Field Technician to support our solar projects from survey to commissioning. The ideal candidate has experience with both single-phase and three-phase systems, and familiarity with Enphase IQ8 microinverters and SolarEdge commercial inverters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site surveys and collect technical and electrical data

• Perform system inspections to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance

• Assist with installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or inverter-related issues

Qualifications:

• Experience or training in solar, electrical, or construction work

• Knowledge of Enphase and SolarEdge systems

• Enphase IQ8 Installer Certification required

• Enphase Battery Certification

• Strong attention to detail and safety practices

• Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops safely
