We’re seeking a positive, personable Customer Service Representative for a rewarding career opportunity! This is an on-site position.
Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to process new inbound leads and opportunities.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Schedule appointments for our service team, updating CRM as necessary.
- Assist customers with questions and service calls.
- Answer inbound calls and emails.
- Develop strong positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Regularly monitor all active service projects for accuracy of information and to ensure that deadlines are being met while providing necessary and frequent communication to customers and the organization.
- Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize and adjust daily tasks.
- Coordinate efforts with customers and sales representatives to obtain documentation necessary for solar projects.
- Assist with general office tasks, including daily meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience in Solar or other technical / service industry.
- 1-year previous experience with sales or marketing .
- Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, high energy, and experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to speak and write clearly and professionally.
- Ability to mitigate customer concerns while arriving at the best positive outcome.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Document Management. Experience with MAC OS and CRM is strongly .
- Desired attributes include strong organizational, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Must be a team player with high attention to detail.
