We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join the team as Lead Specialist / Appointment Setter. You will provide information to homeowners on how they can benefit from solar!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with Homeowners – Spark conversations, and introduce homeowners to the financial benefits of solar.
• Be a Trusted Advisor – Educate customers on rising utility rates and how solar can save them thousands.
• Collaborate & Win – Daily huddles, live ride-alongs, and leaderboards keep everyone pushing for personal bests.

What We’re Looking For:

• No Sales Experience? No Problem! We value hustle, coachability, and a positive attitude.
• Hustle & Coachability: Retail, food-service, hospitality, or D2D background ; attitude matters more than tenure.
• Field Ready: Valid driver’s license, reliable Transportation, and willingness to work outdoors.
