Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of power and thermal management for tablets and smartphones based on Intel SoC.
Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in low-level Windows code and firmware components.
Create architecture, design, and implement power and thermal management solutions for Intel SoC.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and use cases; communicate designs and requirements to development and validation teams.
Perform low-level debugging of firmware and OS components and systems.
Collect and analyze performance data to influence system design, enhancing performance and efficiency.
Mentor and develop other engineers to promote good engineering practices.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in developing low-level Windows drivers and firmware for embedded/SoC, including PnP and ACPI.
Strong understanding of x86 platform and Windows OS internals.
Experience with debugging tools such as Windows KD/WinDbg and hardware debuggers (JTAG, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer).
Expertise in Windows PnP, power measurement, embedded and SoC hardware, with a track record of delivering efficient solutions in resource-constrained environments.
BSc or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
10+ years of software development experience in C/C++ for Windows on x86.
