Key Responsibilities

Client & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing status updates
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for developers
• Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders

Project Planning & Delivery

• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Break down work into epics, user stories, and sprint tasks
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Track progress and proactively resolve risks or blockers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of project management experience or post-sales support experience.
• Ability to successfully function across groups and drive influence throughout all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt: adapt to working on multiple projects, delays, customer demands, or unforeseen project hurdles.
