£745 per day inside ir35 - Umbrell only

Active SC clearance required, eligible candidates will be considered

Our client, is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join their team for a six-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support and enhance legacy Remedy ITSM platforms, ensuring smooth operations and successful migrations.

\n

\n

What you'll be doing:

\n

\n
• Maintain and support the existing Remedy ITSM platform, including key integrations such as E-bonding and TSO.

\n

• Assist in migrating ITIL teams onto Remedy, reviewing current solutions to ensure BCDR tests are successful.

\n

• Manage server group structures and CMDB data loads, including automated foundation data loads.

\n

• Develop and troubleshoot Atrium integrator jobs and perform general system administration.

\n

• Use Developer Studio for customisation and perform log analysis to diagnose and resolve issues.

\n

• Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure team continuity.

\n

What you'll bring:

\n

\n
• Active SC clearance (eligible candidates will be considered).

\n

• Experience maintaining Remedy ITSM platforms, including integrations and server structures.

\n

• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with log analysis.

\n

• Ability to support migration projects and review ITIL solutions.

\n

• Knowledge of Atrium integrator, automated data loads, and system customisation.

\n

• Excellent documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.

\n
