Responsibilities:

• Lead 10 people, including a highly technical team of software engineers
• Work closely with the CTO and a Salesforce admin
• This is not a technical role, but it requires a technical background
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
• Partner closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as senior leadership, to align on priorities and roadmaps
• Improve engineering processes and workflows

Must-Have Experience:

• Must have managed a team of 5+ developers/engineers for at least 3 years
• Must have hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Seismic
• Must have partnered closely with Sales and Marketing teams
• Must be able to work on-site in Boston twice per week
• Must have experience working in the professional services industry, ideally in finance
