Senior Software Engineering Manager, Integrations

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building scalable data integration capabilities within a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform. This role combines strong technical leadership, people management, and execution excellence, with an emphasis on AI-enabled and legacy system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, and mentor engineers; foster a high-performing, growth-oriented culture.

  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure technical excellence across APIs, services, and integration frameworks.

  • Champion modern AI tools and an AI-first development mindset in production environments.

  • Partner with Product to define requirements, milestones, and delivery plans.

  • Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices, visibility into progress, and proactive risk management.

  • Promote best practices in testing, security, performance, DevSecOps, and documentation.

  • Contribute to engineering roadmap, hiring plans, and operational improvements (CI/CD, IaC, automation).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in leadership.

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-tenant SaaS solutions end-to-end.

  • Strong background in APIs, integration services, and modern software development practices.

  • Experience with AI tools in production environments.

  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with middleware, public cloud API services, and hybrid infrastructure.

  • Track record of scaling teams and modernizing systems through automation.
