Software Engineer
Disney is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Development and the MS Power Platform to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise business applications and integrations.
Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Configure workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Service Catalog items in ServiceNow.
Build business applications using MS Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Gather business requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, perform testing, and provide ongoing application support.
Create technical documentation and ensure solutions follow security, governance, and best practices.
Requirement:
Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration
(mandatory).
Strong experience with MS Power Platform, specifically (mandatory):
Power Apps
Power Automate
Experience developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development technologies.
Experience with:
Jelly
Web Services
MySQL
XML
HTML/CSS
SharePoint
Microsoft Azure
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600, etc.).
ITIL/ITSM certifications.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
