As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.\n

\nDesign and implementation of software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and that are aligned to the program’s strategic direction\n
\nWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements for platform specific system functional specifications.\n
\nProvide unit test coverage and validation support\n
\nConduct code reviews\n
\nEnsure software meets requirements of quality, security, modularity, and extensibility.\n
\nThrive in a collaborative environment to drive team success\n
\nReview and understand specifications, use cases, and requirements\n
\nSupport continuous integration and deployment\n
\nInvestigate and resolve issues\n
\nMentor less experience developers\n

\nExperience needed:\n
\n3+ years of professional software development experience with Java, Spring Boot , GraphQL and Angular (Optional)\n
\nExpertise with SQL/NoSQL and one or more of the following: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB\n
\nEvent-driven architecture experience using Kafka.\n
\nExperience with modern observability tools and practices (Dynatrace, ELK)\n
\nExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization \n
\n(Openshift, Kubernetes).\n
\nModern security architecture patterns (Transmit, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)\n
\nAbility to create and improve TDD coverage with JUnit and Exposure to Karate/Cypress Test\n
\nKnowledge of performance tuning, application security, and scalability best \n
\npractices.\n
\nExperience with CI/CD tools and platforms(Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.).\n
\n
\nArchitecture & Design:\n
\nDomain-Driven Design (DDD) experience\n
\nExperience with distributed systems patterns.\n
\nData architecture expertise (both SQL and NoSQL)\n
\nSystem resilience and fault tolerance patterns\n
\nPerformance optimization and scalability expertise\n
\nExperience with architectural decision records (ADRs)\n
\n
\nModern Development Practices:\n
\nDevOps and SRE principles\n
\nAgile/Scrum methodologies\n
\nExperience with modern version control workflows.\n

Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $158,125.00\n

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.\n
\n
