Software Engineer l Full Stack

Role summary

Alongside other engineers and members of your team (product data) participate in continuous discovery of your customer/business needs/desires/problems to drive desired outcomes
With guidance from other engineers design write and release software as a solution to an end-to-end problem in your business domain and deliver value in small batches in accordance with our engineering standards
Understand scalability & complexity of your services
Participate in optimization of your teams practices to develop it into a self-organized continuously improving unit
Seek mentorship to become a product engineer capable of solving a business problem end-to-end

Qualifications :

Good verbal and written communication skills
Humble curious and open-minded with a growth mindset thriving on continuous feedback
Good knowledge of foundational software engineering with some software development experience preferably with Backend (.NET Golang or C# programming languages) and Frontend (JavaScript TypeScript React).
Exposed to testing with focus on automated end to end quality
Understands basics of Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices Event-Driven and RESTful Services)
Understands basics of relational and nonrelational databases as well as cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure)
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or other related technical field
