We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in data acquisition, test systems, and process control environments. This role will support the development, integration, testing, and maintenance of software applications used in engineering and automated control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications for test and control systems
• Support installation, integration, and troubleshooting of software and operating systems
• Participate in software testing activities including test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and certification
• Develop and maintain PLC programs with a focus on industrial automation systems
• Integrate and configure test instrumentation within control systems
• Work closely with engineering teams to support system development and testing activities
• Follow established processes, standards, and engineering guidelines

Top Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of software development experience focused on data acquisition, test systems, or process control systems
• Experience programming Allen-Bradley and Beckhoff PLCs
• Strong programming experience with LabVIEW or similar platforms
• Experience integrating instrumentation such as:
• • Power analyzers
  • Power supplies
  • Pressure scanners
  • Temperature scanners
  • Flow meters
  • Pressure transmitters
  • Actuators

Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work in a team-oriented engineering environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with additional programming is a plus
