Position Summary:

Our company is the U.S. subsidiary of Sailvan Times, a public established technology-driven cross-border e-commerce company. We are building the foundational infrastructure for stablecoin issuance, reserves management, and digital asset operations.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead the execution layer for our new digital asset platform. This role will be the first U.S.-based engineering hire, working closely with the CTO and core team overseas. You will design and implement backend systems, APIs, and integrations supporting compliant, secure, and scalable operations in alignment with U.S. regulatory standards and money transmission requirements.

Location: Miami, Florida (temporarily remote, with future hybrid in-office requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs that power stablecoin issuance, custody, settlement, and treasury functions.
• Integrate external financial and technology partners, including banks, custodians, and payment processors, to support seamless fiat and digital asset flows.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and operations teams to ensure systems meet security and regulatory standards
• Develop and optimize cloud- architecture for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment processes.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies within production systems and implement proactive safeguards.
• Contribute to the overall technical roadmap and work directly with global leadership to align execution among global teams.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as we continue to grow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming .
• Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud- application design.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols (EVM, Solana, or similar) and integrating with cross-chain bridges (e.g. LayerZero)
• Understanding of digital asset workflows and financial infrastructure
• Knowledge of cryptography, wallets, and secure system design .
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to work across time zones in a highly collaborative global environment.
