Controls Software Engineer – Automation & Motion Systems

We’re seeking an experienced Controls Software Engineer to design, develop, and debug software for complex automation and motion control systems. You’ll lead projects, work with high-level clients, and create custom software using Logix5000, TIA Portal, HMI interfaces, and motion control platforms. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to build software logic from scratch.

Key Skills:

• Logix5000, TIA Portal, HMI (WinCC RT / FactoryTalk View SE)

• Motion Control Systems

• Software Development & Debugging

• C, C++, C#, Visual Studio (a plus)

• Strong problem-solving, client-facing, and system integration experience

Requirements:

• 5–12 years’ experience in controls/automation

• Automation integrator background

• 50% travel required
