Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Java Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically adept, and experienced in modern software engineering practices including containerization, CI/CD, event-driven systems, and microservices. You will play a critical role in mentoring developers, making key architectural decisions, and effectively communicating with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
•\tDesign and architect scalable, resilient(Active / Active), and secure enterprise applications using Java and modern frameworks.
•\tLead the design and implementation of microservices architectures with strong domain-driven design principles.
•\tUtilize Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) to build portable, production-ready services.
•\tImplement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and uDeploy.
•\tLeverage Kafka for event streaming and MongoDB for scalable NoSQL data solutions.
•\tWork closely with support groups and QA to ensure system integrity, performance, and scalability.
•\tTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business-friendly for Leadership.
•\tProvide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
•\tEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
•\tCollaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and deliver thoughtful, maintainable solutions.
•\tAct as a self-starter, taking ownership of projects and driving them forward with minimal oversight.
Required Skills & Experience
•\tMultiple years of Java development and architecture experience in enterprise environments.
•\tProven experience designing and implementing microservices-based systems.
•\tStrong expertise with Docker, Jenkins, and uDeploy in production environments.
•\tHands-on experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and MongoDB for document-oriented storage.
•\tStrong background in designing, implementing and maintaining application with MongoDB based solution
•\tStrong background in designing, implementing and maintaining application with Akka based solution
•\tExperience with CI/CD, cloud- application development, and container orchestration.
•\tSolid understanding of software security, performance optimization, and system scalability.
•\tExcellent communication skills; able to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely to executives and non-technical audiences.
•\tDemonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities; ability to guide junior and mid-level engineers.
•\tStrong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset with a drive to innovate and improve systems.

Qualifications
•\tExperience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
•\tKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
