SMT Process Engineer Full Time CTPARK NR. 637, Timișoara 307350, Romania With Professional Experience 4/9/24 Responsibilities: Defines, validates documents and maintains printing (Ekra), SPI (Cyber Optics), Glue dispensing (Asymtek), Reflow (SMT) processes , Handling (Asys); Placement Equipment's Siplace ASM; Creates programs for new products, mechanical adjustment and calibration of equipment's; Create and ensure the work instruction for equipment's and products; Trains the operators when introducing a new product in manufacturing line; Ensures the training for the technicians when a new equipment coming in the production line; Responsible for process improvements and optimization to reduce costs and improve quality; Defines corrective actions in order to fix any process issue related to SMT; Order spare parts/ consumables for the equipment use; Requirements: Bachelor Degree in mechanical/electrical/computer engineering or equivalent; At least 2 years of related working experience; Previous experience in Automotive industry is a plus; Expertise in engineering principles to perform comprehensive line quality troubleshooting; Communicates effectively with cross functional teams, management teams, and customers; Team player and able to work with minimum supervision; Initiative to drive towards problem solving and continuous improvement activities; Fluent in English; contact person Cristina Gogan Apply online Share this job Imprint | Data privacy Powered by softgarden
