Job DescriptionJob Description

• Set up and operate SMT equipment (pick-and-place, stencil printer, reflow oven, AOI) according to production schedules

• Load feeders, verify component placements, and ensure correct BOM and program alignment

• Inspect boards and identify solder, alignment, and component defects

• Perform basic machine maintenance, calibration, and changeovers

• Monitor line performance and adjust parameters for optimal throughput and quality

• Maintain accurate production records and follow ESD and quality standards

• Collaborate closely with engineers, quality staff, and production managers
