Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts Available:
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:30pm

Job Overview: We’re hiring a Slitting Machine Operator to support our press, lamination, pouch, and customer roll stock departments. This is a great opportunity for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys hands‐on work and staying active throughout the day. Training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Operate slitting equipment to prepare materials for production
• Measure, cut, and inspect materials to meet quality standards
• Maneuver large rolls of material using equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support production teams as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of complex mechanical experience required
  (e.g., working on cars, engines, machinery, etc.)
• Machine operator experience is a plus, not required
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift
• Strong basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to measure accurately to 1/16" (must pass ruler test)
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs. and push/pull heavy materials
• Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling
• Able to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors
• ISO or manufacturing experience
• Lamination, packaging, or pharmaceutical experience a plus — we will train
