Job Description

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting for:\n\nWe are looking for a Skilled Welder for a permanent position based with our client in Leeds.\n\nImmediate start available (subject to interview process)\n\nRate of Pay is £18.50 per hour.\n\nThis will be working Monday to Wednesday 7am till 4:45pm and Thursday 7am till 4:15pm (4 day working week)\n\nThe role responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for welding sub-assemblies and pressure equipment using various welding. techniques on high integrity pressure equipment.\nAchieving a high success rate on any NDT welds.\nAchieving manufacturing hours and deadlines are achieved to meet the customers' needs.\nEnsuring you will become part of the right first-time culture.\nAdherence to all Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.\nEnsuring high levels of quality and workmanship are maintained.\nSupporting other departments in the manufacture of products.\nCompletion of all paperwork to maintain complete traceability.\nSlinging and lifting large components.Essential experience:\n\nPressure vessels.\nRadiographic and ultrasonic tested welds.\nStainless steel.\nWelding in 2G position and to weld procedures.\nManufacturing to engineering drawings.Key Core skills:\n\nPipe welding.\nOpen root welding.\nWeld purging.\nGMAW.\nFCAW.\nGTAW.In the first instance forward a copy of your CV and qualifications to (url removed) or for further information please call (phone number removed) option 1 for Engineering.\n\nDutton Recruitment is working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client
