We’re looking for Skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our Client's team in / .

We have 2 positions available, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.

-Hourly Rate.

-Shift Allowance: 15% for early and afternoon shifts

-Overtime: 50% on weekdays & Saturdays, 100% on Sundays

-Temp to Perm (perm option available after 3 months or straight away)

As a Skilled Fitter in our Industrial Pumps and Mixer business, you will:

-Assemble Pump & Mixer equipment according to company procedures

Fit components/modules based on engineering drawings and technical specs

-Work collaboratively to ensure a smooth, efficient build process

-Conduct production tests and complete accurate reports

-Ensure all assembled components are fit for purpose

-Operate hand tools and power tools safely to secure parts

-Record work carried out for tracking purposes

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3)

Experience: Mechanical fitter experience (e.g., valves, compressors, machinery), NOT automotive

Desirable: Knowledge of PC pumps, wastewater product assemblies, mechanical seals, and basic electrical experience

Skills: Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook), manual handling, HSE awareness
