Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance with a focus on clear communication and transparency.
- Troubleshoot and repair various systems, always looking for the most effective solutions.
- Be a reliable point of contact for our , addressing their maintenance needs with prompt action.
- Collaborate openly with management and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
- Uphold safety standards with a conscientious and detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance, with a track record of reliability and solution-oriented actions.
- Strong communication skills – ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset, always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Technical know-how in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Availability for on-call emergencies, demonstrating reliability and readiness.
