Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment, ensuring the repair of the whole machine. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostics tools and techniques, and common sense.

• Perform repairs on diesel engines, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Utilize power tools and other equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.

• Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment layouts and functions.

• Conduct Hydraulic repair.

• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on equipment.

• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• You must have at least 3 years of experience with equipment.

• A strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical schematics.

• Solid background in equipment diagnostics to accurately identify issues.

• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• A valid Driver's License is required.

• Experience in diesel engine repair is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in a dealership setting is also beneficial.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $30 - $45 per hour, with an expected minimum 40 hours per week.

• Job Type: Full-time.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift.
