We are seeking a skilled Roofer/Construction Worker to join our team. The idea candidate will have a strong background in roofing installation and repair, with the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Roofer/Constuction Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that roofs are installed correctly and meet quality standards.

Duties:

- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal

- Perform heavy lifting and maneuver materials safely.

- Lay tiles and shingles accurately to ensure proper drainage and weatherproofing.

- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects.

- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications.

- Utilize power tools and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.

- Fabricate roofing components as needed for specific projects.

- Conduct inspections of roofs to assess conditions and recommend repairs or replacements.

Experience:
