Skilled Construction/Masonry Installer for a reputable family owned company that had been in business for 35 years.

Seeking Full-time Installer to work with and help facilitate Landscape Masonry and Construction Jobs. We are looking for someone with experience Installing a variety of Masonry and construction projects and someone that is able to be hands on and crew complete each job from start to finish in the field. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work and who is familiar with all aspects of Landscape Masonry, and Hardscaping. As a company we are expanding and growing quickly in the Construction and Renovation field and look to hire someone who is looking to grow with us. Position also requires the ability to maintain safe and clean jobsite at all times and will be responsible for the safety of their crew. We are looking for someone who has a creative way of thinking and who loves problem solving.

Skills needed:
- Applicants must have experience working with a team of workers to achieve a common goal
- Landscape Masonry and/or Hardscape experience for 4 or more years and be willing work on jobs of any size.
- Must maintain clean and safe work environment while watching out for the safety one’s self and others.
- Will need to be familiar with or willing to learn how to operate a variety of machinery and properly execute Masonry/Hardscaping practices.
- Must work with and encourage crew members to complete each project in an efficient and timely manner
- Must have the ability to preform basic and skilled masonry tasks
- Must be able to communicate and plan ahead so that the proper materials and labor are on site when they are needed.
- We are a snow contractor through the winter with overtime
- 401k and health insurance options available

Work Environment:
- Employee is expected to preform physical activities and may lift between 35 and 75 pounds from time to time.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to bring positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Must be dependable and be able to demonstrate safe work habits.
