With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards across all our sites.We are looking for a Site Technical Manager to join our Riverside site in Middlesbrough, playing a key role in ensuring food safety, compliance, and technical excellence.The RoleAs Site Technical Manager, you will lead the sites technical function, ensuring full compliance with all internal, legal, and customer standards. Acting as the main point of contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all external site audits, including customer, third-party, and EHO visitsManage, coach, and develop the site Technical teamAct as HACCP Team Leader, ensuring protocols are effectively implementedOwn and deliver the sites internal audit programme, ensuring timely closure of non-conformancesManage customer portals, alerts, and communications in collaboration with the central Technical teamAct as the key contact for all customer technical and compliance mattersEnsure all products are manufactured to specification and under safe, hygienic conditionsLead investigations into out-of-specification results (microbiology, ATP, chemistry) and implement corrective actionsManage compliance of raw materials and certifications (e.g.
