Programs include before and after school, 4K wrap, summer camps, Middle School U, Wander Wisconsin, and non-school days and break programs.

Responsibilities:

The site supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned before school and after school program. Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades 4K-5, managing a staff team, purchasing program materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met. This is a 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday position. 

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Has completed college-level (or equivalent) courses in Education (early childhood, elementary, or related)
• Should feel confident managing a large group of children
• Is organized and has leadership abilities
• Has experience with DCF state licensing
• Values relationships and has strong written and verbal communication skills
