Site Supervisor – High Voltage (132kV Substations / SSEN Projects)\n\nLocation: London / M4 Corridor / Swindon\nSalary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum\nSector: Power Infrastructure | Utilities | Transmission & Distribution\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nA leading contractor is seeking a High Voltage Site Supervisor to support a major 132kV SSEN substation and cabling programme across the South of England. This is a long-term, secure role within the energy infrastructure and renewable transition sector, with over 88 confirmed substation projects running through 2028.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Supervise and coordinate HV cabling and substation construction activities\n\n * \n\n Deliver projects in line with SSEN safety and technical standards\n\n * \n\n Manage site teams, subcontractors and daily work schedules\n\n * \n\n Provide on-site leadership for power infrastructure delivery\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, environmental and quality procedures\n\nRequired Experience\n\n * \n\n Proven background on high voltage (HV) substation or cabling projects\n\n * \n\n Experience working on SSEN, Grid or similar T&D projects\n\n * \n\n SSSTS & CSCS (essential)\n\n * \n\n Understanding of 132kV systems, SSEN Cat 3 and SSSTS requirements\n\n * \n\n Strong site supervision and stakeholder communication skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Long-term contract across multiple energy and utilities projects\n\n * \n\n Competitive pay with flexible engagement models\n\n * \n\n Car allowance, fuel card, holiday entitlement\n\n * \n\n Excellent progression within the power and utilities industry\n\n Apply today to secure your place on a leading UK energy infrastructure programme.
