Seeking Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as USACE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.
Oversee construction site operations; manage subcontractors; ensure project completion on time and within budget. Serve as Site Superintendent/Construction Manager and the Team ProSidian shall provide one (1) individual who is trained and experienced as a Site Superintendent/Construction Manager on overseeing Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Projects during the Remedial Action phase. The Site Superintendent/Construction Manager is directly responsible for all site operations and for supervision of the site foreman, craft labor, equipment, and subcontractor/vendor field activities. The Site Superintendent is responsible for leading on-site activities, managing on-site personnel and subcontractors, managing, and controlling construction schedules, effectively and proactively resolving quality and schedule issues.
This position requires experience and active knowledge and use of The Government's QCS (Quality Control System) (Quality Control System) for schedule management, and for managing QC requirements and submittals. The QCS software is part of the Management System (RMS), which is a broader system used by the USACE to manage construction projects.
Integration And Interface between RMS and QCS [RMS and QCS Integration/Interface]: The Quality Control System (QCS) is designed to work in conjunction with the USACE's Management System (RMS). The RMS is used by the USACE to oversee all aspects of a project, while QCS is the contractor-facing component used to meet the quality control requirements set by the USACE | Data Synchronization: Information entered into QCS by the contractor can be synchronized with RMS, allowing USACE personnel to review and approve submittals, monitor project quality, and manage overall project progress.
Importance of The Government's QCS (Quality Control System) (Quality Control System) for The Site Superintendent/Construction Manager: For a Site Superintendent/Construction Manager on Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Projects, familiarity with QCS is crucial because it ensures that all quality control processes are properly documented and submitted to the USACE. Desired Qualifications For Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager | Environmental Management [USACE023028] Candidates:
Extensive experience in construction management; knowledge of safety and quality standards. The Site Superintendent/Construction Manager shall have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Site Superintendent or Construction Manager and should have 3 years of experience on ERS remediation sites, experience in schedule management, and experience with The Government's QCS (Quality Control System) for managing QC requirements and submittals.
7+ years in construction management; experience in environmental projects . | Bachelor's in Construction Management.
Skills Required: Site management, team coordination, project scheduling, safety compliance. | Professional Licensure: None; certifications in construction management (e.g., CCM) are beneficial.
