Job Description

Site Services Engineer – £60,000  - Brighton\n Monday to Friday – Days (8am–4pm) \n\nAbout the client\n\nThe organisation, with a long and successful history spanning over many years, employs a large workforce across multiple locations nationwide and maintains an extensive portfolio of high-quality products. With a strong financial performance and continued growth, the business is well-positioned for future expansion through strategic acquisitions and ongoing investment.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\n As a Site Services Engineer you will be the primary support for all facilities-related systems across the full site—ensuring functionality and safety for critical services.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working and taking ownership of essential infrastructure.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nMaintenance and compliance of site-wide systems including boilers, steam, refrigeration, HVAC, water treatment, compressors, air filtration, and drainage.\nManaging and monitoring electrical systems including high voltage, FGAS, AC units.\nHandling planned checks for leaks, pressure drops, corrosion, and safety-critical components.\nKeeping all associated paperwork, permits, and systems up to date in line with regulations such as LOLER, PSSR, Legionella control, and electrical safety.\nTo handle contractors that report into site, and to ensure the smooth running of the sites facility services.\nThis is a hands-on Site Services Engineer role with training opportunities as well as other aspects which will allow\n\nWhat the client is looking for\n To be a successful Site Services Engineer, you’ll need:\n\nA recognised Electrical qualification\nExperience with site services systems, especially refrigeration.\nThe ability to read electrical drawings, fault-find safely, and liaise with multiple site stakeholders.\nBackground in working with hard serviceas.\nWhether you’re an experienced Site Services Engineer or a maintenance engineer, this role could be right for you.\n\nWhy you should apply\n\nJoin a major UK manufacturer with long-term customer partnerships and stable workload.\nStep into a central engineering role across a modern three-factory site.\nLong-term security with a family business structured model.\nMonday to Friday days – no nights or shifts.\n\nIf you feel you’re the right Site Services Engineer  for this opportunity, apply now or reach out to  or call Karolis on (phone number removed)\n\nATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
