Site Service Operator - Outdoor Labor & Equipment Experience required

We are currently hiring a Site Service Operator for a heavy-duty, full-time, temp-to-hire role in Victorville, CA. This is a physically demanding position that involves construction-type labor and the operation of mobile equipment. The schedule includes rotating day and night shifts, including weekends. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy outdoor tasks such as trash pickup, fencing repair, and janitorial services

• Operate water trucks, forklifts, telehandlers, or backhoes

• Assist in road repairs (gravel/dirt) and basic concrete patching

• Complete physical tasks using hand tools in hot or confined environments

• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols consistently

Requirements – Must Have All:

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable construction, site work, or facility maintenance experience

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, work in extreme heat (120&degree;F+), and perform physical labor

• Basic mobile equipment experience (e.g., forklift, telehandler, water truck)

• Comfortable working outdoors and in dirty, labor-intensive environments
