At Solid Rock Search, we work with top-tier private construction firms who are serious about their people, their projects, and their safety. One of our Pittsburgh-based clients is looking for a Safety Manager to join their team and help lead the charge in keeping crews safe and operations smooth.

This isnt just a clipboard-and-hardhat role this is your chance to step onto major job sites and make a real impact from day one.

The Role:

• Act as the boots-on-the-ground safety lead for commercial construction projects
• Drive a strong, proactive safety culture across teams and trades
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, orientations, and ongoing training
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects safe and compliant
• Be the go-to for hazard prevention, incident reporting, and corrective action plans

What You Need:

• A recent degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related program
• Strong communication skills and a confident presence on job sites
• A deep passion for keeping people safe and the initiative to speak up when it counts
• Some /co-op experience? Even better. But attitude and drive matter most.
