Site Manager – Healthcare

Type – Full Time / Permanent

Location – Central London

Salary – Up to £75,000 per annum + package

I am currently working with a specialist construction contractor who are looking for a site manager to work on a Hospital Fit Out project in London. The site manager will have a hands-on approach and adding a valuable input and a wealth of knowledge. The senior management team also includes, an internal design team, experienced project and contracts managers, health and safety manager and quantity surveyors.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the project from start to finish
• Develop and manage programmes in a timely manner
• Manage all operatives on site, both directly employed or subcontracted including sign off all works that have been completed
• Constantly review work programme
• Produce Project review schedule for discussion from current drawings, specifications & contract sum analysis
• Producing and issuing RFIs. and updating RFI tracker document
• Producing site progress reports ahead of formal site meetings
• Manage H&S including site inductions, toolbox talks, risk and method assessments

Experience Required:

• 5+ years site management experience
• Experience working on healthcare fit out projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, DBS
