Plant Operations Manager

A large-scale industrial processing operation in Central Scotland is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead a technically demanding 24/7 facility.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for:

• Operational performance
• Plant reliability
• Safety & compliance
• Maintenance coordination
• Team leadership
• Continuous improvement

The business is looking for someone with strong industrial operational leadership experience combined with excellent people management and communication skills.
