Job DescriptionThe RoleA leading social housing refurbishment contractor, currently delivering a large-scale Aids and Adaptations programme across Wolverhampton. With a strong track record in improving the quality of social housing, this contractor is committed to delivering safe, healthy, and sustainable homes for local communities, they are now recruiting a Site ManagerAs a Site Manager, you'll be overseeing the delivery of Aids and Adapts and DDA works including lower access shower on tenanted properties. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with daily site operations and ensuring smooth project deliveryCoordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standardMaintaining strict health & safety compliance on site.Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and clear communicationConducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintaining site recordsMonitoring progress, quality, and ensuring timely completion of worksAs a Site Manager you will require:Black CSCS Card (Gold or White cards may be considered)SMSTS CertificationFirst Aid at WorkAsbestos AwarenessProven experience in social housing refurbishment, particularly in damp and mould remediationExperience working in both void and occupied propertiesStrong communication and organisational skillsA proactive and hands-on approach with a focus on satisfaction and safetyAccess to a Vehicle and DrivingTPBN1_UKTJ
