Site Manager in Wolverhampton

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a permanent role based in Wolverhampton. You will be managing a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, colleges, universities and leisure centres.

The Role:

\n

\n
• \n

  Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial projects

\n

• \n

  Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure smooth delivery

\n

• \n

  Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to budget

\n

• \n

  Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team

\n

• \n

  Upholding health & safety and site compliance standards

\n

\n

\n

The Ideal Candidate:

\n

\n
• \n

  Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects

\n

• \n

  Strong track record in commercial schemes

\n

• \n

  Experience in Tier 1 contracting environments is desirable

\n

• \n

  Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

\n

• \n

  Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment

\n

\n

\n

Salary & Package:

\n

\n
• \n

  £57,000 - £60,000 per annum

\n

• \n

  £5,500 car allowance

\n

• \n
