Site Manager – Tiling & Stonework\nLocation: Offices in London\nSalary: £55,000 – £75,000 per annum + benefits\nJob Type: Permanent | Full-time\n\nWe’re recruiting for a highly respected contractor delivering full-service tiling and stonework solutions to the commercial, luxury residential, and hospitality sectors.\n\nFounded over 20 years ago, they have evolved into a true industry leader. Their offering includes:\n✔️ Design coordination for tiling, cladding, and stone elements\n✔️ Complete site prep - screeding, ply boarding, waterproofing\n✔️ Supply and fit of ceramics, terrazzo, porcelain, mosaics, and large format stone\n✔️ Precision waterjet cutting, CAD templating and proline layouts\n✔️ Specialist stone restoration and slip resistance treatments\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Site Manager, you will take ownership of key project sites, ensuring smooth delivery from prep through to snag-free handover. You’ll be the on-site face of a company that prides itself on quality and reliability.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Managing labour, subcontractors and logistics\n\n * \n\n Overseeing health & safety, programme, and installation quality\n\n * \n\n Ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded\n\n * \n\n Coordinating closely with design and cutting teams\n\n * \n\n Maintaining site documentation and progress reports\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Experience managing tiling and/or stonework packages\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills\n\n * \n\n SMSTS and CSCS certification\n\n * \n\n Clear communicator and capable leader\n\nWhat’s on offer:\n\n * \n\n £55K–£75K depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Excellent benefits and a stable, permanent role\n\n * \n\n Support from experienced design and operations teams\n\n * \n\n London-based offices\n\n Apply today.
