Site Manager (Contract) - £10M New Build Scheme We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a £10m new-build project in South East London. This role will be working with a Tier 2 main contractor overseeing both external facade/groundwork/frame packages as well as internal fit out. Applicants will interview in the coming weeks with a view to start asap. Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance / paperwork etc. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control. Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security. Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs. Requirements: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum 5 years experience working as a Site Manager for main contractors Previously worked on new build projects up to £10m in value Randstad CPE values and promotes equality.
