Job Description

Site Manager (Roofing experience)\n\nPremier Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment company working in partnership with a regional contractor.\n\nWe are recruiting for a Site Manager to work with their existing team.\n\nYou will be working as a Site Manager on a project in Central London.\n\nRequirements for the Site Manager's job role:\n\nValid Black CSCS qualification\nSMSTS\nFirst Aid at Work \n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\nOversee internal works through to final completion and handover.\nCoordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme.\nManage quality control, snagging, and sign-off procedures.\nMaintain high standards of health & safety on site.\nProvide regular progress reports to the Project Manager and liaise with client representatives. \n\nStandard Hours for the Site Managers job role: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00\n\n(But sometimes you may be required to work longer due to the workloads)\n\nWeekend work may be available\n\nPremier Recruitment Solutions Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers. we are an equal opportunities employer and all applications will be assessed solely on merit
