Location: Salisbury
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Impact\n

As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, all while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll be part of a new team focused on multiple projects within a secure facility, emphasizing attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage the site to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

\n

• Implement and oversee health and safety procedures, including weekly audits, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.

\n

• Control and monitor resources, including sub-contractors, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

\n

• Maintain comprehensive site records, including reports, daily diaries, progress photographs, and health and safety documentation.

\n

• Support team development through guidance, training, and performance reviews.

\n

What We’re Looking For\n

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a full driving licence.

\n

• Have demonstrable site management experience with a proven track record in successfully managing projects.

\n

• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to support and develop your team.

\n

• Are commercially aware with excellent organizational and communication skills.

\n

• Are a UK British Passport Holder.

\n
