Job Description

A leading high-volume residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of multi-plot housing developments. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in housebuilding, timber frame, and traditional build methods, looking to join an established developer with a consistent pipeline of work.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage day-to-day on-site operations for large-scale residential developments\n\n * \n\n Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality\n\n * \n\n Drive project timelines and ensure build programmes are met\n\n * \n\n Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular site inspections and ensure NHBC standards are met\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer service teams\n\n * \n\n Deliver homes to a high standard and support the customer journey\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n * \n\n Strong experience as a Site Manager within residential construction\n\n * \n\n Proven track record on high-volume housebuilding sites\n\n * \n\n Hands-on experience with timber frame AND traditional build\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple phases on fast-paced developments\n\n * \n\n Thorough knowledge of NHBC and building regulations\n\nMandatory Qualifications\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n CSCS\n\n * \n\n First Aid at Work
