Job DescriptionSite Manager role Preston Start Date: 9th August ⏳ Duration: 35 Weeks Excellent Day Rate We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build construction project in Preston. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established main contractor, ideal for a Site Manager with a proven track record delivering new build projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality. Key Requirements: Strong new build construction experience is essential. Previous experience managing projects as the No.1 Site Manager. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme.
