Freelance Site Manager – Shop Fitting – Perth

Duration: Eight weeks

Rate: To be agreed depending on experience

Clarkson Owens Recruitment is looking for an experienced freelance Site Manager to oversee a shop fitting contract in Perth.

\n

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage trades, subcontractors and daily site activities.

\n

• Coordinate deliveries and materials to maintain progress.

\n

• Monitor workmanship against drawings and specifications.

\n

• Maintain health and safety standards and site records.

\n

• Liaise with the project team and oversee snagging and handover.

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Previous Site Manager experience on shop fitting or retail fit-out projects.

\n

• Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills.

\n

• SMSTS, a relevant CSCS card and First Aid certification.

\n

• Available to start immediately and commit to the eight-week contract.

\n
