Job Description

Our client an Essex based External Facades contractor currently seek an experienced Site Manager for a Curtain Wall Installation program in Oxford, Oxfordshire.\n\nThe work itself is the installation of a Technal Curtain Wall System and Aluminium Windows.\n\nIt is essential that you have Curtain Wall and/or Glazing experience, hold SMSTS, First Aid, and a Black/Gold CSCS card\n\nDuties will include:\n\n * Managing Curtain Wall installers to a program\n\n * Tool box talks\n\n * Carrying out site inductions\n\n * Managing Sub Contractors\n\n * Attending site progress meetings\n\n * Producing progress reports\n\n * Liaising with end client and company directors\n\n * Dealing with access issues\n\n * Liaising with local authorities where necessary\n\n * All other associated tasks\n\nThis project starts on the 28th April\n\nFor more information or to register your interest please contact Simon Brady at Blu Tech Consulting
