Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing specialist contractors! Our client is a market-leading contractor delivering complex façade remediation, retrofit/decarbonisation, and planned refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our delivery team on a flagship project for Newark and Sherwood Council.
Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, , and internal teams to drive excellence and uphold our reputation for first-class project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all on-site activities from inception to completion.
* Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to programme and quality expectations.
* Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Coordinate materials, logistics, and scheduling.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.
* Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving on site.
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment, façade, or retrofit projects.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, CDM regulations, and quality management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to excellence.
