The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our social housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and coordinate all operational aspects of social housing refurbishment projects.\n\nLead and mentor project teams, including sub contractors and administrative staff.\n\nDevelop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.\n\nLiaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, , and community groups, to address concerns and ensure positive outcomes.\n\nConduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise.\n\nPrepare and present detailed reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Site management, preferably within the social housing or construction sector.\n\nProven track record of successfully managing social housing refurbishment projects\n\nStrong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary up to £55,000 per annum.\n\nComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension plan.\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\n\nSupportive and collaborative work environment.\n\nThe chance to make a meaningful impact in the community through your work
