Site Manager (No1)

Our client is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to lead the delivery of an £800k office fit-out project in Birmingham.



You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full project life cycle—from initial client onboarding through to completion, including day two works and managing any variations. The role requires a confident, hands-on manager with strong fit-out experience and excellent client-facing skills.



Requirements:



Proven experience managing D&B office fit-out projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Full set of valid tickets: CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification Immediate start available. Project duration based on programme, with potential for ongoing work
