Freelance Night Site Manager – Industrial Project | Northamptonshire | Start December | 26 Weeks\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Freelance Night Site Manager to oversee the night shift operations on a large industrial unit project in Northamptonshire.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality industrial and logistics schemes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring site safety, productivity, and compliance during night operations, reporting into the daytime Project Manager.\n\n Duration: 26 weeks (starting December 2025)\n⏰ Hours: 6:00pm – 3:00am, Monday to Friday\n Rate: Competitive (CIS )\n Location: Northamptonshire\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Oversee night shift activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely and on schedule\n\n * \n\n Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades\n\n * \n\n Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and site security\n\n * \n\n Conduct toolbox talks and ensure RAMS are followed\n\n * \n\n Communicate effectively with the day management team for handovers and progress updates\n\n * \n\n Monitor deliveries, plant movement, and site logistics\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications\n\n * \n\n Proven experience managing industrial unit / warehouse projects\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and night shift operations\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n Willingness to work night shifts for the duration of the project\n\nIf you’re an experienced Night Site Manager looking for your next freelance contract and are available from December, please get in touch with Heather Duncan for more information
