Retail Fit-Out Site Manager (Nights) –Leicester\n\nStart Date: Mid June\n\nDuration: 10 week\n\nShift: Nights (10-hour shifts)\n\nRate: £350–£380 per shift (DOE)\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shifts\n\t\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard\n\t\nSupervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality\n\t\nMaintain site health & safety in line with regulations\n\t\nConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings\n\t\nLiaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team\n\t\nKeep accurate site records and reports\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects\n\t\nValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications\n\t\nStrong leadership and communication skills\n\t\nAbility to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure\n\t\nAvailability to commit to a 9-month night shift contract\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nCompetitive shift rate of £350–£380\n\t\nImmediate start in June\n\nIf you’re an experienced Site Manager looking for your next contract role on nights, we’d like to hear from you
