Night Site Manager – Leeds (Commercial Refurbishment)\n\nLocation: Leeds\nShift Pattern: Night Shifts – 12 hours\nContract Type: Freelance / Temporary\nStart Date: 15/09/25\nDuration: 3 Weeks\n\nOverview:\n\nWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Night Site Manager for a live commercial refurbishment project in Leeds. This is a key role overseeing night operations, ensuring safety, security, and productivity during off-peak hours.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage all on-site activity during night shifts\n\n * Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets quality standards\n\n * Enforce strict health & safety protocols\n\n * Monitor site access and ensure security of the premises\n\n * Report progress to the Project Manager and maintain site records\n\n * Coordinate with day team for smooth handovers\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * First Aid at Work\n\n * CSCS\n\n * Enhanced DBS check (essential)\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\n * Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
